Step #1: Is it a Schoology, Seesaw, or Google Classroom Question?
If so, please reach out to your classroom teacher to see if they can assist you in any way.
Step #2: Have you rebooted your device?
If not, please try restarting your Chromebook or your iPad to see if that can solve the problem quickly. If your Chromebook is not responsive, you can also try to force-restart your Chromebook.
