Welcome to the RVHS Agricultural Education Department
The start of a new school year is upon us! With that, we welcome the 2019-2020 RVHS school year and all of the memories it will bring. We hope everyone's summer was relaxing as well as eventful. As we are getting close to the start of school, there are some new items you should be aware of. Besides the new school year, the school is currently in the process of completing the new Orrin S. Estebo Career Development and Training Center.
We welcome Drew Lueck, who has filled the second Ag/Tech position in the department. We also welcome Addie O'Neil, who will be a long term sub for Mrs. Orren who is on maternity leave.
The RVHS FFA Chapter will be back in full swing after a summer of leadership camps and community service events. Aside from camps and community service, students are able to compete in Career Development Events(CDEs) such as Trap Shooting, Floriculture, and Meats, attend state and national conventions, win awards and scholarships, and network/connect with students around the state and country. If you are looking to get involved in the chapter, please seek out an officer, Mr. Lueck or Ms. O'Neil for more information. You can follow along with what the chapter is up to by liking our Facebook page, "Redwood Valley FFA." If you should ever need to get ahold of an advisor, contact either one at or . We are looking forward to working with the students and parents this upcoming school year!
