Redwood Valley FFA

Take a look at what the Redwood Valley FFA has to offer! If you have any questions about any events please do not hesitate to ask Mrs. Orren or Mr. Thurk.

FFA does not stand for “Future Farmers of America” anymore. In fact it was changed back in 1988 to National FFA Organization. This was done since the scope of the FFA and high school Ag programs now stretches across the horizon of agriculture into many exciting and interesting avenues. There are many areas within an Ag program and FFA that cater to students who enjoy natural resources, wildlife, animals, food, gardening, mechanics, sales, writing, professional speaking, and many other career skills. The FFA, supplemented with skills and knowledge learned in the classroom, will help guide students to their future career paths and life-long passions. The skills students will gain now will accompany them for the rest of their life and will shape them into a well-rounded individual to boot!

Information about region, state, and national leadership conferences and CDE contest dates please refer to the Region 5 FFA Calendar.
