Dear Parents/Guardians, Students, and Visitors:
Thank you for visiting the Redwood Valley High School Homepage and welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! Redwood Valley offers over 60 elective courses, 30 extracurricular activities, a thriving fine arts program, and state of the art facilities. The Orrin S. Estebo Career Development and Training Center includes a grow room, medical training classroom, business/career center, and facilities for welding, construction, computer drawing, and robotics. Students can earn certifications and up to 55 college credits through Minnesota West and Southwest Minnesota State University. Since the opening of the Estebo Center, over 40 RVHS students have earned certifications in Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Trained Medication Aide (TMA), and Commercial Drivers License (CDL). Starting in 2025-2026, students will be able to earn an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) certification right on our campus!
Students work with homeroom teachers and counselors to find a career and take courses in one of our six Cardinal Pathways: Arts/Communication/Information Systems, Engineering/Manufacturing/Technology, Business/Management/Administration, Health Science Technology, Human Services, and Agriculture/Food/Natural Resources. Character Strong/Ramp-Up to Readiness is offered weekly to students in the high school, providing character development and career exploration. New courses in 2025-2026 include: EMT, AP English Literature (Part of College English), AP English Language, Criminology II, Ag Work Experience, Advanced Woods, and Auto Mechanics. These are in addition to exciting existing courses, including Drones I and Drones II, Intro to Medical Careers, Forensic Science, Landscape Design, Workplace Communication, Computer Drawing, Horticulture, Animal Health and Vet Science, Digital Photography, and many more. More information on our classes can be found in our Registration Booklet.
Redwood Valley is an innovative community united to prepare students to thrive today and excel tomorrow. For more information, check out the links on this webpage, call the high school office (507-644-8112), or arrange a tour of our facilities.
