Total Special Education System (TSES) Manual

The TSES Manual is basically the procedures that the district is using for the overall management of special education.  There are forms that are used, names of people responsible for different activities (like child find, etc.), and the procedures for some required practices.  The TSES Manual includes a variety of attached documents that include things like the Restrictive Procedures Plan, Joint Powers Agreements, etc.
