Children's Dental Services (CDS) will be returning to Reede Gray on Tuesday, March 26th. They hope to complete all previously identified restorative work! If your child received a referral and you want that addressed please complete and return the restorative consent form.
If you missed out, you can still sign up for initial dental care! Complete a consent form and return to the Health Office only if you want your child to participate.
Children's Dental Services specializes in children's dental care and provides dental services to children from infancy to age 26... regardless of family income.
CDS accepts all types of insurance: Private Insurance, Medical Assistance, and a discount for families who are ineligible for Medical Assistance. (CDS)
