Children's Dental Services (CDS) will be coming to Redwood Valley Elementary
We are excited to announce that Children’s Dental Services (CDS) will be returning to RVES this school year!
Services Offered: CDS provides comprehensive care, including exams, X-rays, cleanings, sealants, fillings, and even crowns or extractions.
Payment & Insurance:
They accept Medical Assistance (MA) and private dental insurance.
A sliding fee scale is available for those without insurance.
Please note: The school coordinates the visit, but all billing and clinical services are handled directly by Children’s Dental Services.
How to Sign Up: Only students with a signed and completed consent form can be seen. Please print and complete the form linked below or contact the Health Office for a copy.
