We will be having a welcome home for the State Champion Boys Cross Country and Runner-up Girls Cross Country teams at 6pm in the Redwood Gym on Sunday night. Coach Kodet will be getting his hair cut and we will celebrate with the studet athletes.

As we get ready to close our month in talking about Responsibility it is something that we can all keep striving for. This morning we sent off the Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams as they Compete tomorrow at the State Meet.
A couple of Facts about this years team. The boys have a record of 140-4 and the Girls have a record of 137-2. These teams accomplished something that has not been done in the past 35 plus years as they both won a section championship and had the Individual champion.
Our Girls Team: Addie Thomes, Ellie Nelson, Lola Luze, Reese Prescott, Mary Slavin, Madi Munsell, Heather Panitzke, Vanessa Johnson and Aleena Vetsouvaunh
Our Boys Team: Will Ahrens, Kilen Cilek, Landyn Nordby, Tyler Robinson, Clayton Salmon, Elway Berg, Mason Anderson, Aiden Salmon, and Ben Jorgenson

On November 19, 2024, 12th Graders will spend an interactive "Senior Day" with Redwood Falls Rotary Members to prepare for the future. See the attached flier for more information. Thanks to Rotary for making this happen!
Mrs. Orren's Horticulture class at RVHS created floral designs in class yesterday. In addition to presenting their designs and explaining the rationale behind it, students voted for the top design in the class. Awesome job Mrs. Orren and RVHS students!
Students at RVHS have recently engaged in games of chess in the Media Center before school and at lunch. Thanks to Mr. Scoates for getting this started! Note, students were also dressed up for Halloween today.
