RVHS Students of the Month!

On behalf of our Welding Program and the Cardinal Certification, we would like to give a big THANK YOU to Artex for helping evaluate our students on their welding skills, and to Redwood Electric Coop and SWIF for grant funding to make this experience possible for our students!

Students in Mr. Phoenix's Welding II class were awarded Cardinal Certifications in Welding. To earn this certification, students needed to score 80% or better on each competency. A big thanks to Artex for evaluating our students on industry standards in welding. Our hope is to make this certification regional, where businesses in SW Minnesota will recognize this for potential employment. Great job students!
